Permitting
Years of experience in working with state and local agencies has led us to solving some of the most challenging permitting issues around land use, wastewater, and more. We pride ourselves in being experts in agricultural permitting. Our innovative engineering design has led to code changes with state and local governing bodies since 2017.
Estimating
By understanding current market conditions and analyzing past projects, we can accurately put together unit and lump-sum cost estimates to fit your budget.
Scheduling
Our project managers and engineers work within close proximity of each other to ensure critical path tasks are progressing on time. Our CQA field staff update project managers real time on project progress by utilizing project reporting software. This proves instrumental in predicting future construction challenges in order to minimize lost time, while keeping project owners up to date on progress.
Bidding and Subcontracting
When the initial estimation process is done, we look to go to bid. Having a strong network of subcontractors means being able to provide the best quality to cost ratio. We emphasize safety, quality, timeliness, accountability and reputation when selecting subcontractors on every job.
