Eriksson’s 40-acre pistachio processing facility was engineered to hull and process 15 million pounds of pistachios annually. However, the project was master planned through engineering and permitting to allow for future expansion as needed. Our firm performed project and construction management while being the engineer of record for this beautiful state-of-the-art facility.
